Poultry Science — ABM

Accelerated Bachelor’s/Master’s Curriculum for the Department of Poultry Science

The Accelerated Bachelor’s/Master’s Program (ABM) offers outstanding students in the Department of Poultry Science an opportunity to earn both the bachelor's and the master's degrees in less time and at less cost than usual. The ABM program allows these exceptional students to count up to 9 hours toward both the bachelor's and master's degrees.

The Bachelor of Science in Poultry Science (either the Production Option or the Pre-Vet Option) undergraduate majors and Poultry Science minor can lead to a Master of Science in Poultry Science or a Master of Agriculture in Poultry Science in the ABM track. Below is an example curriculum for a student in the Pre-Vet Option of Poultry Science pursing the Master of Science in Poultry Science. Please see the Department of Poultry Science for additional information and ABM tracks.

Below is a chart of all the approved courses that can be taken in the ABM program and what course that replaces at the undergraduate level.
