Certificate in Hospitality Service
This certificate is not open to Auburn students and is only available for corporate training.
The Hospitality Service Certificate is a 14-credit-hour online program designed for both newcomers to the hospitality field and seasoned industry professionals looking to expand their skillset. The program will comprise a total of five courses (see below) currently offered as part of the BS in Hospitality Management at Auburn. This certificate program offers an immersive study of foundational hospitality management principles, with a strong emphasis on understanding the critical role of customer service in driving satisfaction and loyalty. Participants will delve into the complexities of service failure and develop strategies to tackle service management challenges.
