Public History — Graduate Certificate
This graduate certificate is designed to provide students a grounding in the fundamentals of the field, including the skills necessary to plan and carry out comprehensive programs of research, identifying and locating relevant secondary literature, archives and/or with other substantial collections of primary sources. This certificate will prepare individuals for employment in public history organizations, ranging from museums and public heritage groups to historic sites, archives, and state agencies, including the National Park Service.
