SPCE 6000 INTRODUCTION TO SPACE STUDIES (3) LEC. 3. An introduction to the space environment, operating in space, satellite design, and applying satellite technology to provide services and capabilities to a variety of user groups.

SPCE 6100 SPACE SYSTEMS OPERATIONS (3) LEC. 3. Pr. (SPCE 6000). An overview of space systems operations, operational orbits, orbital maneuver, station keeping, different stakeholders’ mission operations, avoiding on-orbit crisis, and satellite/constellation end of life.

SPCE 6200 SPACECRAFT AND SATELLITE ARCHITECTURE DESIGN AND INTEGRATION (3) LEC. 3. Pr. (SPCE 6100). An overview of spacecraft and satellite architecture design followed by a practicum to apply lessons learned to create a space mission design that provides services and capabilities to a specific user group.

SPCE 6300 PRINCIPLES OF SPACE PROGRAM MANAGEMENT (3) LEC. 3. This course covers the principles, processes, and leadership strategies for managing complex space programs. Students will explore the full project life cycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion, with emphasis on cost, schedule, performance, and risk management.
