Through exploration, discussion, reflection, and analysis students will study issues pertaining to inclusive/ multicultural K-6 classrooms. Issues related to classroom management (e.g. behavior and time management), students with special needs, parent/community relations, legal mandates, technology, planning, and professionalism.

CTEE 4900 DIRECTED STUDIES (1-6) IND. SU. Departmental approval. Reading, research, or other work undertaken by a student focused on a content area of special interest. The student is directed by a faculty member. Course may be repeated for a maximum of 6 credit hours.
