IDSC 2190 FOUNDATIONS OF INTERDISCIPLINARY UNIVERSITY STUDIES (3) LEC. 3. Introductory course to the theories and approaches for Interdisciplinary Degree seeking majors. Students will work alongside academic and career advisors to produce an approved plan of study.

IDSC 4930 INTERDISCIPLINARY CAPSTONE EXPERIENCE (3) LEC. 3. Pr. IDSC 2190 or UNIV 2190. Capstone course designed to apply Interdisciplinary Degree Coursework to a senior thesis project. Course may be repeated for a maximum of 6 credit hours.

IDSC 4980 INTERDISCIPLINARY CAPSTONE EXPERIENCE (3) LEC. 3. SU. Pr. (IDSC 2190 or UNIV 2190). Pr. IDSC 2190 or UNIV 2190, passed with a grade of C or better; admitted to the IDSC degree program. Capstone course designed to apply Interdisciplinary Degree Coursework to a service learning, or internship project. Course may be repeated for a maximum of 6 credit hours.

IDSC 5950/5953 GRADUATE FOOD SYSTEMS SEMINAR (1) SEM. 1. This is a required course for graduate students in the Food Systems Graduate Certificate Program. Discussion and presentation of integrated and interdisciplinary food system topics. Course may be repeated for a maximum of 2 credit hours.
